Sunday Worship is typically at 10.30am (from 11am due to the parking changes made by the council) and 7pm (there are no 7pm services in July and August). On a typical Sunday we have close to 150 people at the morning service and around 40 people at the evening service. On a Sunday morning we have a Crèche and a number of groups for children and young people.
PPC has a reputation of biblical preaching and music is a mixture of traditional and new. Our Minister was the Very Rev Colin Sinclair who had been with us since 1996. Colin retired from the Ministry in June 2022. Rev Bill Taylor is our Interim Moderator and Douglas Reid is our Associate Minister with a special brief for missional development.
You can watch services live or recorded and you can listen to the sermons by going to the ‘Sermons’ page. Our sermon archive is also available.
During the week we have a wide range of groups and activities from a Baby & Toddler Group (meets during School term-time), to a Friendship Club for Over 60s (meets every second Thursday at 2pm). We also have a number of stand-alone events. Please look at the ‘Activities’ section of the website.
In addition to the Sanctuary at Number 12, we have our Annan House building, located at 10 Palmerston Place, which is home to the Church Office, meeting rooms and offices leased to several charitable organisations.
